Detective Michael Marra
Help Support the Arena Family
Detective Michael Marra has dedicated his life to serving and protecting our community. Recently, Mike was diagnosed with a serious medical condition that requires extensive treatment and has placed a significant financial burden on his family. Merrick Cares for Blue is committed to supporting Detective Marra and his family during this challenging time, ensuring they have the resources they need to focus on his recovery and well-being.
Just days before his retirement, on July 5, 2026, tragedy struck. A devastating fire caused significant damage to the Arena family's home, leaving them displaced and resulting in the loss of many of their personal belongings.
